Selecting a house cleaning service is personal. Our goal is to provide a professional, reliable, and consistent experience.

By scheduling service with Maid 4 Time, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Average Condition Guidelines and Scope of Service

All pricing and time estimates are based on homes being in average condition unless agreed otherwise.
Homes must be regularly maintained, accessible, and free of excessive buildup.
Restoration level cleaning is not included.

Additional Time and Charges

Homes outside average condition may require extra time or charges.
Final determination is made on-site by cleaning professionals.
Declining added time may result in skipped areas.

Deep Cleanings and Move-In Move-Out Services

These services require additional time due to buildup and expanded scope.
They are never considered average condition cleanings.

Fragile, Unstable and Pre-Existing Conditions

Clients must secure or remove fragile or valuable items before service.
Maid 4 Time is not responsible for damage caused by unsecured or pre-existing conditions.
Specialty handling is outside standard service unless approved in advance.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service.
Only credit and debit cards are accepted.
Unresolved balances may incur a 10 percent late fee.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

24 hours notice is required.
Late cancellations incur a 50 percent fee.
No access or same-day cancellations incur a 100 percent charge.

Skip Policy

A $50 skip fee applies with proper notice.
You will never be charged both a skip fee and cancellation fee.

Quality Control and Satisfaction

Issues must be reported within 24 hours.
Valid concerns receive a re-clean within original scope.

Refunds and Credits

No refunds for one-time, deep, or move-in move-out services.
Credits have no cash value and are issued at discretion.

Non-Solicitation

Hiring Maid 4 Time cleaners privately is prohibited.
A $10,000 finder’s fee applies.

Agreement

By scheduling service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Do I need to provide supplies or equipment?

No. Cleaning professionals arrive fully equipped with their own supplies and tools. If you have specific products you prefer, we’re happy to accommodate.

Will I get the same cleaner for recurring service?

Whenever possible, yes. For recurring cleanings, we prioritize assigning the same professional so you get consistent results and peace of mind.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

If something doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll promptly address the issue and make it right.

How does your “Risk-Free” promise actually work?

After 6 consecutive months of recurring service (weekly or biweekly), we credit the cost of your first cleaning back to you. No hidden conditions — just our way of rewarding long-term clients.
